About Gail Seiler

Gail is a life-long fitness enthusiast with 25 years experience as a healthcare professional. She has spent 16 years living and working abroad and appreciates diversity and an ever-changing environment.  She enjoys helping people help themselves improve! This enthusiasm provided the perfect segue for transforming a fitness interest into a fitness career.

She’s proud to be a baby boomer! Time and again boomers have led the country’s population into unchartered territories paving the way for better living, better social benefits, more rights, and just about “better everything.” Fitness is no exception. Today’s boomers are now more active physically than previous generations and that trend is increasing.

Whether your interest is skiing, swimming, biking or hiking, cross-training should be incorporated into your activities. Strength training maintains muscles, tendons and ligaments which then protect the joints. Each component must function well in order to remain mobile and independent as we march into the future.

Gail is a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM, National Academy of Sports Medicine and is also group exercise qualified through ACE, American Council on Exercise
