YARMOUTH — Heather Merriam, executive director of Rotaplast, will speak at the Rotary Club of Yarmouth’s breakfast meeting on Monday, Aug. 15, at 7 a.m. at Town Hall.
Rotaplast International organizes as many as 18 missions a year to perform cleft palate and lip surgery on children in developing countries. Each mission helps about 100 children.
