9/5 at 9:51 p.m. John Wesley Smith, 31, of Bayview Street, was arrested on Bayview Street by Officer Michael J. Peacock on a charge of domestic violence.


9/2 at 10:35 a.m. Meaghan M. Elder, 32, of Bath, was summonsed on Lafayette Street and Gilman Road by Officer Joshua Robinson on charges of operating with a suspended license and failure to register vehicle.

9/3 at 8:43 p.m. A 16-year-old girl, of Yarmouth, was summonsed on McCartney Street by Officer Kevin A. Pedersen on a charge of illegal possession of alcohol by a minor.

9/6 at 2:50 p.m. James Clarke, 43, of Edgecomb, was summonsed on Fieldstone Drive and West Main Street by Officer Charles E. Perkins on a charge of failure to register vehicle.

Musical bandit

9/1 at 11:45 a.m. Police were notified of a missing saxophone and musical bell set from a home on Hillside Street. The bell set is worth $450, and the saxophone $1,500. Police report the incident is under investigation.
