Arrests

8/26 at 6:18 p.m. Cathy Mulligan, 38, of Orange Street, South Portland, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Kerry Fulmer on charges of violating conditions of release and engaging a prostitute.

8/29 at 11:20 a.m. Mary Robichaud, 45, of John Howland Drive, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Derek Lucas on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

8/30 at 8:01 p.m. Skyler Hewitt, 19, of Lafayette Street, was arrested on East Main Street by Officer Michael Pierce on charges of violating conditions of release and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug.

8/26 at 7:58 p.m. Jon Cianchette, 56, of Orlando Street, South Portland, was issued a summons on Main Street by Detective Paul Martin on a charge of sex trafficking.

8/27 at 9:43 a.m. Frederick Pinkham, 48, of Old County Road, Waldboro, was issued a summons on Brown’s Point Road by Marine Patrol Officer Lee Ruby on a charge of commercial harvesting of shellfish without a license.

8/30 at 11:43 p.m. A 17-year-old male, of Cumberland, was issued a summons on Main Street by Officer Joshua Robinson on a charge of operating under the influence.
