9/13 at 7:47 p.m. Lynne Bello, of Bayview Street, was arrested by Officer Michael Pierce on a charge of violating condition of release.


9/14 at 9:17 a.m. Kelsey Jean Pelletier, 20, of Majestic Way, New Gloucester, was issued a summons by Officer Charles Perkins on Granite and East Main streets on a charge of failing to give motor vehicle accident information.

9/19 at 12:37 a.m. Alex Espinosa, 24, of Corpus Christi, Texas, was issued a summons by Officer Roger Moore on Spring Street on a charge of discharge of human waste from motor vehicle.

Illegal dumping

9/15 at 1:10 p.m. As an employee mowed the lawn at Industrial Protection Services on Spring Street, they allegedly found what appeared to be human waste on the property. The employee reported the illegal dumping and told police it had happened at least five or six times before. A few days later on Sept. 19, police found a person illegally emptying the waste tank of his recreational vehicle onto the IPS property. Police issued Alex Espinosa of Texas a summons for dumping human waste.
