9/14 at 3:18 p.m. Justin S. DeFrancesco, 23, of Main Street, Cumberland, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Brian Andreasen on a charge of operating a vehicle after suspension.

9/14 at 9:02 p.m. Dennis R. Junkins, 21, of Baywood Lane, Yarmouth, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Michael Pierce on charges of operating a vehicle while license suspended or revoked and violating conditions of release.

9/14 at 9:02 p.m. Joelle S. Leeks, 44, of Baywood Lane, Yarmouth, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Michael Pierce on a charge of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug.

9/16 at 1:58 a.m. Nicole Condon, 26, of Heartsville Lane, Webster, N.Y., was arrested on Interstate 295 North by Officer Michael Pierce on a charge of operating under the influence.

9/11 at 12:57 p.m. Kyle P. Donaldson, 27, of Pace Landing, Waterboro, was issued a summons on West Elm Street by Officer Joshua Robinson on charges of operating an unregistered vehicle for more than 15o days and failure to produce evidence of insurance.
