9/11 at 11:17 p.m. Joseph Seremeth, 45, of North Road, North Yarmouth, was arrested on North Road by Officer Michael Pierce on charges of operating under the influence and speeding 15 to 19 miles per hour over the speed limit.

9/12 at 12:05 p.m. Damien Enrico Horgan, 42, of Pine Point Road, Scarborough, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Derek Lucas on a charge of operating under the influence.
