Arrests

8/23 at 8:10 p.m. Donald Holland, 67, of East Elm Street, was arrested on Cousins Street by Sgt. Kevin Pedersen on charges of aggravated reckless conduct and violating conditions of release.

Summonses

8/22 at 10:04 p.m. Norman Carver, 18, of West Main Street, was issued a summons on West Elm Street by Sgt. Kevin Pedersen on a charge of driving to endanger.

8/23 at 12:51 p.m. Robert Philpot, 20, of Stephan Street, Oxford, was issued a summons on West Main Street by Lt. Dean Perry on a charge of indecent conduct.
