Summonses
9/30 at 8:03 a.m. John P. Devoe, 41, of Lewiston, was issued a summons by Officer Joshua Robinson on a charge of operating while license is suspended or revoked.
10/2 at 4:04 p.m. Robert C. Libby, 63, of Chebeague Island, was issued a summons by Officer Charles E. Perkins on a charge of failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident.
10/3 at 10:11 p.m. Rudy Vanderputten, 59, of Red Wagon Road, was issued a summons by Officer Charles E. Perkins on Willow Street on a charge of assault.
Left behind
10/3 at 11:20 a.m. A woman stopped at the Big Apple gas station, used the restroom, and left her car keys behind. When she went back to retrieve them, they were gone. Police reported a man driving a green Subaru Outback may have taken them. The case is under investigation and police will review the gas station surveillance tapes for more information.

9/29 at 6:36 a.m. Lines down on Sligo Road.
9/29 at 2:36 p.m. Assist rescue on Main Street.
9/30 at 3:52 p.m. Alarm on Route 1.
