10/19 at 3:24 p.m. Christopher Marcoux, 34, of Tenney Street, was arrested on Village Brook Road by Officer Derek Lucas on charges of operating with a suspended or revoked license and violating conditions of release.
10/19 at 6:43 p.m. Katie L. Barter, 24, of Noble Avenue, Bath, was arrested on York Street by Sgt. Kevin Pedersen on charges of eluding an officer, driving to endanger, leaving the scene of an vehicle accident, reckless conduct and failure to maintain control of motor vehicle.
11/24 at 11:53 p.m. Joe Dipietro, 23, of East Main Street, was arrested on East Main Street by Officer Michael Pierce on charges of furnishing a place for minors to consume alcohol and violating conditions of release.
