10/19 at 1:07 p.m. Kerrie Anne Sims, 38, of Windham, was arrested by Officer Kevin Pedersen on I-295 South on a charge of operating under the influence.

10/22 at 1:25 a.m. Breanne L. Hodgetts, 25, of Baywood Lane, was arrested by Officer Roger Moore on West Main and East Elm streets on a charge of operating under the influence.

Summonses

10/18 at 10:07 a.m. Francis Horrigan, 36, of Danbury, Conn., was issued a summons on Route 1 on a charge of operating without a license.

10/21 at 12:54 a.m. Barry D. Morrow, 22, of Heron Cove, South Portland, was issued a summons by Officer Michael Pierce on charges of operating after a license suspension and speeding 20 to 24 mph over the speed limit.

Lawn doughnuts

10/19 at 4:35 p.m. A resident of Tidewater Lane contacted police to report vehicle tire marks on the lawn. Police report a vehicle allegedly got stuck on the lawn and tried to leave, causing some lawn damage.

Bowed doe

10/20 at 11:13 a.m. Police were notified of a dead deer shot with an arrow found on Madeline Point Road beach. Police report the arrow had no markings or other way to identify the bow hunter.
