10/11 at 8:04 p.m. Caitlin M. Cooper, 30, of Cumberland, was arrested by Officer Michael Pierce on Portland Street on charges of operating under the influence and speeding 10-14 mph over the speed limit.  

10/14 at 4:25 a.m. Nicholas G. Allen, 18, of West Paris, was arrested by Officer Joshua Robinson on North and Ledge roads on a warrant and a charge of possession of marijuana.


No summonses were reported from Oct. 10-16.

Clean getaway

10/10 at 8:57 p.m. Police were notified of an alleged theft at Hannaford Bros. on Route 1. Employees report a man in a blue-hooded sweatshirt ran out of the store with four large containers of Tide detergent. Police report the detergent was worth about $73.

10/11 at 6:41 a.m. Vehicle fire on I-295 South.

10/14 at 8:12 a.m. Vehicle accident on Route 1.

10/15 at 4:41 p.m. Structural fire on Main Street.
