Anthony T. Wyman, 30, pf Lewiston, was arrested by Officer Kevin A. Pedersen on charges of criminal operating under the influence and possession of a usable amount of marijuana. 

Summonses


10/28 at 9:54 a.m.
William Sandberg, 33, of Windham, was summonsed by Officer Charles Perkins on a charge of negotiating a worthless instrument.

10/31 at 12:49 p.m. Sean R. Linkel, 28, of Topsham, was summonsed by Officer Micheal A. Vogel on charges of displaying fictitious inspection sticker, possession of a usable amount of marijuana, improper plates and speeding 10 to 14 mph over the limit.

Foul smells carried down Fairwind Lane

10/27 at 9:31 a.m. A resident of Fairwind Lane contacted animal control officer James E. Morrill about a skunk on the property. The skunk was eventually removed from the residence. 

In bad taste 

10/28 at 8:00 p.m.  Police were notified that an individual at McDonald’s was making lewd comments to a group of women. The individual was allegedly located by police behind Hannaford Bros. eating out of the dumpster. Police did not issue any warrants and the person was told to move along.
