11/20 at 11:35 p.m. Alton L. Fairclough, 40, of Maggie Lane, Portland, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Joshua Robinson on a charge of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug.
11/21 at 2:16 a.m. Jonathan Roods, 40, of Leighton Road, was arrested at East Elm Street and Melissa Drive by Officer Joshua Robinson on a charge of operating under the influence.

11/17 at 12:52 p.m. A 17-year-old female, of Falmouth, was issued a summons on Main Street by Officer Kerry Libby on a charge of criminal mischief.
11/20 at 3:49 p.m. A 17-year-old male, of Yarmouth, was issued a summons on West Main Street by Officer Kerry Libby on a charge of passing a stopped school bus.
11/20 at 10:22 p.m. Daniel MacLean, 30, of Lucinda Lane, Windham, was issued summons on West Main Street by Officer Joshua Robinson on a charge of sale and use of drug paraphernalia.
