11/2 at 7:24 p.m. Evan Olmsted, 27, of Ocean Avenue, Old Orchard Beach, was arrested on West Elm Street by Officer Kerry Libby on a charge of operating after habitual offender license revocation.
11/4 at 8:23 p.m. Thomas Read, 53, of Juniper East, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Michael Pierce on a charge of operating under the influence.
