Arrests

5/13 at 1:54 a.m. Charles R. York, 33, of Portland, was arrested by Officer Micheal Vogel on East Main and Willow streets on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and possession of burglary tools.

5/14 at 6:26 p.m. Steven Guy Lewis, Jr., 36, of Rocky Hill Road, was arrested by Sgt. Darryl L. Watkins on Rocky Hill Road on a charge of violation of condition of bail on four burglary charges.

5/15 at 12:33 p.m. Michelle L. Stowell, 35, of Burnell Road, was arrested by Officer Joshua Robinson on Burnell Drive on a warrant from the Freeport Police Department on a charge of operating after suspension.

Summonses

5/11 at 12:49 p.m. Michael C. Flynn, 21, of Freeport, was summonsed by Officer Joshua Robinson on Sequoia Drive and Granite Street on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding 15-19 miles per hour over the speed limit.

Stolen speed sign

5/12 at 3:53 p.m. Police received a call that a man and a woman were allegedly stealing a speed limit sign on Route 1. The Portland police department was notified, but the suspects were not located.
