5/15 at 5:04 p.m. James H. McConnell, 27, of Scarborough, was arrested by Officer Roger Moore on Route 1 on charges of operating under the influence and operating while license is suspended or revoked.

Summonses

5/13 at 12:53 p.m. Scott M. Perry, 31, of Portland, was issued a summons by Lt. Dean Perry on Route 1 on a charge of operating with a suspended registration.

5/9 at 8:43 a.m. Police were notified of graffiti at the pumping station on Lafayette Street. Someone allegedly drew animals on the pumping station in red paint.

5/13 at 4:16 p.m. Someone contacted police to report two men were allegedly drinking beer and sitting in lawn chairs at the Holy Cross cemetery. Police report the men were visiting a family member’s grave site.
