5/4 at 1:39 a.m. Kenneth E. Morrison, 55, of Portland, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Michael J. Peacock, on a charge of operating under the influence.

5/5 at 11:25 p.m. John C. Lupone, 63, of Winthrop, was arrested by Sgt. Darryl L. Watkins on charges of operating after suspension.

5/6 at 12:03 p.m. April L. Burnham, 39, of Windham, was arrested by Officer Kevin A. Pedersen, on East Main Street on a warrant from the Portland police department on a charge of failure to appear in court.

5/7 at 2:31 a.m. Young Deah, 28, of South Portland, was arrested by Officer Charles Perkins on Route 1 on a charge of operating while license is suspended or revoked.

5/9 at 6:15 a.m. Tamara A. Cooke, 27, of Juniper Ledge, was arrested by Officer Charles Perkins at Juniper Drive on a charge of operating under the influence.

5/4 at 6:06 a.m. Police reported a person jumped out of a truck on East Main Street and shot a turkey at the transfer station. The Warden Service took over after the subject was located in Freeport.

5/6 at 6:38 p.m. Police were notified of a theft from a car parked at the Post Office. A $20,000, 3.5 carat diamond ring was reported stolen from the unlocked vehicle.
