3/10 at 5:53 p.m. Jack Garrett, 19, of Ledgewood Drive, was arrested on Ledgewood Drive by Sgt. Daniel Gallant on a charge of domestic violence assault.
3/13 at 8:12 p.m. Richard Levesque, 70, of Allen Avenue, Portland, was arrested at Portland and West Elm streets by Officer Brian Andreasen on a charge of operating under the influence.

3/14 at 10:18 a.m. Becky Delcourt, 45, of Rocklinn Drive, Windham, was issued a summons on West Main Street by Officer Kerry Libby on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.
