3/12 at 7:04 p.m. Benjamin B. Medjanis, 29, of West Main Street, was arrested by Officer Paul Martin on Route 1 and East Main Street on charges of criminal operating under the influence and operating while license is suspended or revoked.

3/13 at 12:39 a.m. Eric J. Selberg, 45, of Ashland Ave, was arrested by Officer Paul Martin on a charge of violation of condition of release.

3/8 at 8:08 a.m. A 15-year-old girl was summonsed at West Elm Street by Officer Charles Perkins on a charge of criminal mischief.

3/8 at 11:37 a.m. An injured squirrel on Route 1 was reported to police. The animal control officer was notified and the squirrel was taken into custody.

Legal gathering
