Arrests

3/7 at 3:42 p.m. Mark R. Turner, 32, of Groves Road, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Michael Pierce on a charge of violating a protective order.

3/8 at 8:16 p.m. Shawn E. Smith, 42, of Ledge Road, was arrested at his home by Sgt. Darryl Watkins on a charge of domestic violence assault.

Summonses

3/6 at 10:13 p.m. Dylan S. Hawthorne, 18, of Somerset Hall, Orono, was issued a summons on Route 1 by Officer Michael Pierce on a charge of being a minor possessing liquor.

3/6 at 10:13 p.m. Christopher M. Desmond, 19, of Margin Street, Orono, was issued a summons on Route 1 by Officer Michael Pierce on a charge of being a minor possessing liquor.

3/6 at 10:13 p.m. Elijah A. Leavitt, 18, of Sandy Cove Road, Harpswell, was issued a summons on Route 1 by Officer Michael Pierce on a charge of being a minor possessing liquor.

3/5 at 11:20 a.m. A man seen working with a laptop in a parked car on Princes Point Road left the area by the time police responded to a call about suspicious activity.

3/8 at 5:49 p.m. Police responding to a burglary call at Dugas Shipyard on Bayview Street discovered some boats in storage had been entered. It appears nothing was taken and the boats were undamaged.

CSI cabbie

3/10 at 9:09 p.m. A local cab driver alerted police to a possible drug deal occurring on Route 1, but there was not enough information available for police to follow up with an investigation.
