Arrests

5/26 at 1:00 a.m. Matthew Wheaton, 19, of Hickory Drive, was arrested by Officer Roger Moore on Main Street on a charge of operating under the influence.

5/27 at 11:33 p.m. A 17-year-old boy, of Yarmouth, was arrested by Officer Kevin Pedersen on Route 1 on a warrant for failure to pay fines.

Summonses

5/26 at 1 a.m. Jacob Ryan Gallagher, 20, of Boxwood Drive, was issued a summons by Officer Roger Moore on Main Street on a charge of a minor consuming liquor.

Rock of ages

5/23 at 7:15 a.m. Police were notified that a rock had been allegedly thrown through a window at Harrison Middle School. Police report the damage is estimated at $250.

Cat burglar?

5/23 at 9:34 a.m. A resident of Baywood Lane contacted police to report three of their cats have gone missing in five months.
