7/17 at 1:22 p.m. Jeffrey J. Silvia, 34, of Soper Road, Durham, was issued a summons on Gilman Road by Officer Derek Lucas on a charge of possession of marijuana.
7/17 at 11:27 p.m. Isaac Hughes, 18, of Maine Street, Brunswick, was issued a summons on Mountfort Road by Officer Michael Pierce on a charge of assault.
