Summonses

6/27 at 4:47 p.m. Patrick Tweedie, 24, of Canco Road, Portland, was issued a summons on Route 1 by Sgt. Daniel Gallant on a charge of driving an uninspected vehicle.

6/29 at 1:12 p.m. Joshua J. Crocker, 23, of Beacon Street, Bath, was issued a summons on Route 1 by Officer Joshua Robinson on a charge of attempted theft by deception.

6/29 at 11:52 p.m. Joshua R. Sheridan, 38, of Strouts Wharf Road, Freeport, was issued a summons on Route 1 by Officer Roger Moore on a charge of operating an unregistered vehicle.

6/30 at 3:58 p.m. Erik W. Canfield, 19, of West Elm Street, was issued a summons at North Road and East Elm Street by Officer Joshua Robinson on charges of possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

6/30 at 3:58 p.m. A 17-year-old female from Yarmouth was issued a summons at North Road and East Elm Street by Officer Joshua Robinson on a charge of illegal transporting of liquor by a minor.

6/30 at 5:38 p.m. Bjorn Hansen, 43, of Five Islands Road, Georgetown was issued a summons at West Elm Street and Oakwood Drive by Officer Brian Andreasen on a charge of failing to display valid inspection.

6/30 at 11:18 p.m. Jonathan P. Jackson, 18, of Water Street, Rockland, Mass., was issued a summons at North Road and Melissa Drive by Officer Michael Pierce on charges of unsafe passing and illegal transporting of liquor by a minor.
