7/10 at 1:54 a.m. James Renaud, 37, of Cressey Road, Monmouth, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Sgt. Daniel Gallant on charges of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, violating conditions of release and sale and use of drug paraphernalia.
