7/10 at 2:02 a.m. Joshua Kenneth Rogers, 19, of Bates Street, was arrested by Officer Kevin A. Pedersen on charges of criminal mischief and a warrant.

Summonses

7/6 at 8:55 p.m. Richard A. Bailey, 20, of Augusta, was issued a summons by Officer Michael A. Vogel on Lafayette Street on charges of not wearing a seat belt and possession of marijuana.

7/12 at 11:46 a.m. Jason P. Culunio, 35, of Brunswick, was issued a summonses by Officer Charles E. Perkins on a charge of misuse of identification.

No walking zone

7/5 at 6:28 p.m. A resident of the Riverbend condominium area called police to complain about a person walking a dog on private property. The caller reported the dog was aggressive.

Eat and run

7/7 at 6:18 p.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported at Day’s Crabmeat on Route 1. A white van was seen pulling into the restaurant, it reportedly hit another vehicle before leaving the area. The van was not located, and it caused about $200 in damage to the other vehicle. No one was injured.
