7/4 at 10:41 p.m. Tristan D. Splint, 40, of Oakwood Terrace, Brunswick, was arrested on Wharf Road by Harbormaster Will Owen on charges of operating a watercraft under the influence, failure to comply with duty to submit, violating personal watercraft requirements and violating condition of release. 

Summonses

7/2 at 6:43 a.m. Rodrick J. Maclean, 30, of Granite Street, was issued a summons on Old County Road by Officer Michael Peacock on a charge of criminal mischief. 

7/2 at 10:33 p.m. A 13-year-old, gender and address not listed, was issued a summons on West Elm Street by Officer Roger Moore on a charge of possession of marijuana.

7/3 at 11:10 a.m. Michael R. Willette, 44, of Pequawket Trail, Steep Falls, was issued a summons on Route 1 by Sgt. Daniel Gallant on a charge of operating with a suspended registration.

7/8 at 12:44 a.m. Ethan Tate Eckersley-Ray, 20, of Gristmill Lane, was arrested on West Elm Street by Officer Derek Lucas on charges of illegal possession of liquor by a minor, possession of marijuana and operating without a license beyond conditions.

7/8 at 12:44 a.m. Abigail Lauren McDowell, 19, of Madison Drive, was arrested on West Elm Street by Officer Derek Lucas on charges of illegal possession of liquor by a minor and possession of marijuana.
