1/19 at 11:48 p.m. Thomas J. Mulkern, 24, of Augusta, was arrested on Forest Falls Drive by Officer Michael J. Peacock on charges of operating while license is suspended or revoked, refusing to submit to arrest or detention and a warrant.
Summonses
1/22 at 1:53 p.m. Allison R. Whitaker, 49, of Pownal, was summonsed on a charge of operating with an expired license.
MLK day car burglaries
1/18 Between 8:29 a.m. and 2:44 p.m., Yarmouth police responded to nearly 15 calls of theft from vehicles parked on Bartlett Circle and South, Church, Center, Baker and Woodbury streets. Assorted items were reported stolen including loose change, credit cards, stereo systems and a Bluetooth headset. Police say they have solid leads and have identified suspects on surveillance video at local retail stores where the stolen credit cards were used.
