1/17 at 11:41 a.m. Howard Piper, 29, of Juniper East, was arrested by Officer Joshua Robinson on a warrant.

1/18 at 6:20 a.m. Louis A. Burns, 53, of Kennebunk, was arrested by Officer Michael Peacock at Juniper East on a charge of assault.

Summonses

1/17 at 8 a.m. Renee Powers, 33, of Juniper East, was issued a summons by Officer Joshua Robinson on a charge of leaving the scene of an accident.

1/20 at 3:19 p.m. Police were notified that a pair of skis and ski boots valued at about $750 were allegedly stolen from the high school. Police report that the person who allegedly stole the skis and boots brought them to Play it Again Sports gave his real name and was caught on video surveillance at the store. Police are investigating the theft.

Quick (mysterious) visit

1/21 at 9:47 a.m. A resident of West Main Street contacted police to report a noise in the house and suspicious activity. The caller’s son heard what sounded like someone walk into the house and then leave. When he looked out the window, he reportedly saw a green car leaving the driveway. Police report nothing was removed from the house.
