1/15 at 1:05 a.m. Kenneth M. O’Brien, 21, of Brand Road, Windham, was arrested on Sligo Road by Officer Michael Peacock on charges of operating under the influence and operating after a habitual offender revocation.

1/15 at 11:50 p.m. Daniel Dougherty, 31, of Cottage Street, Portland, was arrested on Center Street by Officer Michael Peacock on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

1/16 at 5:36 p.m. Timothy J. Conley Jr., 30, of Allen Road, South Portland, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Sgt. Kevin Pedersen on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and two counts of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug.
