1/13 at 4:34 p.m. Cathy Mulligan, 38, of Custom House Wharf, Portland, was arrested on Main Street by Sgt. Kevin Pedersen on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

1/17 at 10:07 p.m. Nicholas St. Clair, 30, of Mabel Street, Portland, was arrested on North Road by Officer Joshua Robinson on an outstanding warrant from another agency and charges of operating with a suspended or revoked license, possession of marijuana, and failure to produce evidence of insurance.
