1/28 at 6:02 p.m. Jonathan M. Wrobleski, 18, of West Elm Street, was summonsed by Officer Kevin A. Pedersen on North Road on a charge of illegal possession of alcohol by a minor.

1/28 at 6:02 p.m. Eric Gene Estabrook, 18, of Burnell Drive, was summonsed by Officer Kevin A. Pedersen on North Road on a charge of illegal possession of alcohol by a minor.

1/29 at 11:06 p.m. Daniel T. Harkness, 20, of North Yarmouth, was summonsed by Officer Joshua Robinson on Granite Street and Berryfield Road on charges of administrative operating under the influence under 21 years old, operating while licence is suspended or revoked, driving to endanger, imprudent speed and failure to produce evidence of insurance.

Strange fox trot

1/26 at 1:21 p.m. Residents of Mayberry Lane contacted police about a fox acting strangely. The animal control officer arrived at the residence and set a trap for the animal.

1/27 at 4:23 p.m. A resident called police to report a group of juveniles at an unoccupied residence on North Road. When police arrived they discovered the juveniles were taking pictures for a school project.
