2/10 at 1:25 a.m. Eric J. Selberg, 45, of Ashland Ave, was arrested by Officer Joshua Robinson on Ashland Avenue on a charge of operating under the influence.

Summonses

2/10 at 12:46 p.m. Michael B. Dutton, 50, of Poughkeepsie, New York, was summonsed by Lieutenant Dean Perry on a charge of operating without a license.

2/13 at 1:43 p.m. Ross J. Markonish, 38, of Raymond, was summonsed by Officer Micheal A. Vogel, on a charge of operating an unregistered vehicle.

Shady car

2/10 at 6:49 p.m. Police were notified of a suspicious vehicle parked behind the Circle K on Main Street. Police believe it may have been kids trying to purchase alcohol or cigarettes.

Bright house

2/10 at 6:07 p.m. A resident called police to report lights on inside a vacant residence on Cousins Street. When the house was checked, no people were inside, and there was no evidence of forced entry.
