Summonses
12/1 at 8:05 a.m. Ryan P. Cassidy, 21, of Buxton, was issued a summons by Officer Micheal Vogel on Portland Street and Mayberry Lane on charges of possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia.
Who’s there?
12/3 at 8:25 p.m. A resident of the Harborview area allegedly heard noises from an upstairs apartment and called a friend to report the noises. The friend then called the police who checked the property. Police found someone in an upstairs apartment who reportedly said they had permission to be there.
Not going anywhere
12/5 at 11:01 p.m. Police report a man from South Portland was noticeably intoxicated at the intersection of Portland Street and Route 1. The man was not driving and police report he was making arrangements for a ride. Police did not arrest the man as he was not operating a motor vehicle.

12/2 at 7:58 p.m. Carbon monoxide alarm on Oakwood Drive.
12/5 at 8:57 a.m. Vehicle accident on Route 1.
12/5 at 5:08 p.m. Structural fire on Cousins Street.
