Arrests

12/3 at 10:11 p.m. John A. Lucas, 18, of River Road, Edgecomb, was arrested on Route 1 by Sgt. Paul Pierce on charges of eluding an officer, reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon, driving to endanger, motor vehicle speeding 30 mph or more over the speed limit, failure to display a current or valid certification of inspection, failing to stop at a stop sign and improper passing.

12/4 at 3:31 p.m. Lara Y. Montanaro, 50, of Pitt Street, Portland, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Derek Miller on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating condition of release.  

12/4 at 11:06 p.m. Sierra M. Still, 24, of Hillside Street, was arrested on Hillside Street by Officer Shawn Miles on a charge of domestic violence assault.

12/6 at 4:31 p.m. Pauline Wood, 58, of Lambert Road, Freeport, was issued a summons on Portland Street by Officer Amie Rapa on a charge of passing a stopped school bus.
