11/25 at 9:21 a.m. A 16-year-old male, of Yarmouth, was issued a summons at High and Portland streets by Officer Derek Lucas on a charge of exceeding the speed limit by 30 mph or more.
11/25 at 10:04 p.m. Jacob Bergeron, 18, of Barley Lane, Scarborough, was issued a summons on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Joshua Robinson on a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.
11/26 at 10:54 p.m. Michael S. Parlin, 21, of Applecrest Drive, was issued a summons on West Main Street by Officer Joshua Robinson on a charge of refusing to submit to arrest or detention.
