7/27 at 5:39 p.m. David F. Ballew, 56, of Denmark Court, was issued a summons by Officer Roger Moore on Yarmouth Woods on a charge of leaving the scene of an accident.
Mystery burn
7/31 at 4:51 p.m. A resident of Kelly Drive returned home to find three small burns on the counter top. Police arrived to take pictures and secure the area. The incident is still under investigation.
Graphic graffiti
8/2 at 12:34 p.m. Police were notified of offensive language and graffiti on the side of the school on McCartney Street. The message could cost up to $1,000 to remove.
