7/28 at 8:40 p.m. Andrew F. Perue, 31, of Juniper East, was arrested on a charge of unlawful sexual contact.

Summonses

7/28 at 11:47 p.m. Mathew D. Burton, 18, of Cumberland, was summonsed on a charge of operating without a license.

Borrowed car

8/1 at 9:39 a.m. A resident of Yarmouth Woods reported their vehicle stolen. Later, the vehicle was located in South Portland. Police reported that the sister of the Yarmouth Woods resident had borrowed the car but paid for the use of it.

School mischief

8/1 at 2:40 p.m. Police were notified of vandalism at the Rowe School. According to police, a classroom was defaced with rude drawings and white glue.

Smashed windows

8/1 at 8:40 p.m. A car on Sligo Road was vandalised Saturday night, according to police. The windows were broken and damage was estimated at $1,500. Police say there is no apparent motive.
