8/11 at 3:48 p.m. Richard Parnell, 39, of Somerset, Freeport, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Roger Moore on charges of operating under the influence and reckless conduct.

8/16 at 10:24 p.m. Andrea Lutz, 34, of Red Wagon Road, was arrested on Red Wagon Road by Officer Kerry Fulmer on an outstanding warrant from another agency.
