8/12 at 1:09 a.m. Wallace W. Ames III, 35, of Smith Street, Auburn, was arrested on northbound I-295 by Officer Kerry Warner on charges of violating conditions of release and operating under the influence.

8/6 at 3:47 p.m. Nathaniel Thorpe, 31, of Drayton Road, Bath, was issued a summons on Route 1 by Officer Michael Pierce on charges of operating an uninspected motor vehicle and failure to produce insurance.

8/7 at 11:29 a.m. Michael R. Jutras, 42, of Main Street, was issued a summons on Madeleine Point Road by Assistant Harbormaster Lee Ruby on a charge of docking time greater than 30 minutes.

8/10 at 3:20 p.m. Tyler S. Campbell, 28, of Jefferson Street, Augusta, was issued a summons on North Road by Officer Michael Pierce on charges of possession of marijuana and operating a vehicle after suspension.

8/10 at 8:25 a.m. Kristopher Dahlquist, 29, of Rand Road, was issued a summons on Route 1 by Officer Michael Pierce on a charge of unsafe passing on double yellow line.

8/12 at 8:39 a.m. Barbara J. Trentacosta, 63, of Friar Lane, Cumberland, was issued a summons at Elm Street and Oakwood Drive by Officer Roger Moore on a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
