3/28 at 5:42 p.m. Lorna D. Humphries, 45, of Main Street, was issued a summons by Sgt. Daniel Gallant on Main Street on a charge of operating under the influence.

4/2 at 7:31 p.m. Gail M. Morgan, 61, of Sunset Point Road, was issued a summons by Officer Charles Perkins on Lafayette Street on a charge of operating while license is suspended or revoked.

Smooth criminal

3/29 at 9:09 p.m. Police were notified that a car parked in the Hannaford parking lot had been covered with ChapStick. Police report the ChapStick was mostly applied on the car’s door.

4/2 at 10:07 a.m. Police were notified that a person was going door to door trying to sell steak. Police found the person selling meat, discovered he did not have a permit to sell steak in Yarmouth and was asked to leave the area.
