4/19 at 12:12 a.m. Levi Daigle, 23, of Ledgewood Drive, was arrested at Maine and Portland streets by Officer Michael Pierce on a charge of operating under the influence.

4/20 at 10:38 p.m. David L. Santamore, 29, of Walnut Hill Road, North Yarmouth, was arrested on Walnut Hill Road by Officer Joshua Robinson on charges of operating with a suspended or revoked license, failing to stop for an officer and driving 25 mph to 29 mph over the speed limit.

4/21 at 11:26 a.m. John P. Dean, 45, of Cleaves Street, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Roger Moore on a charge of violating conditions of release.

Summonses

4/18 at 8:44 a.m. Benjamin Dubois, 18, of Lower Methodist Road, Cumberland, was issued a summons at Cousins Street and Sea Meadows Lane by Lt. Dean Perry on a charge of speeding.

4/20 at 6:41 p.m. Dora L. Liberty, 49, of Twin Pines Road, Topsham, was issued a summons on Route 1 by Officer Joshua Robinson on a charge of operating with a suspended of revoked license.

4/22 at 3:34 p.m. Elizabeth Penrose, 24, of Commonwealth Avenue, Brighton, Mass., was issued a summons at Lafayette and Smith streets by Officer Roger Moore on a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
