4/9 at 1:56 a.m. James W. Lowry, 45, of Smith Street, Portland was arrested by Officer Joshua Robinson on North Road on charges of operating while license is suspended or revoked, violating condition of release, unlawful possession of scheduled drug sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

No hanging zone

4/8 at 2:57 p.m. Police were notified of a group of kids allegedly hanging out at the end of High Winds Drive. When officers arrived the kids were gone. Police report it is a usual hang out for kids since it is a long, private road.

4/9 at 12:01 p.m. A resident contacted police to report her purse was missing after a trip to the grocery store. A few days later, she contacted police to report her purse had been found, in her grocery bags.
