YARMOUTH — Community Services has added two handicapped-designated parking spots to the parking lot at Royal River Park. The park previously only had one handicap space.
YCS Director Karyn MacNeill said the spaces were completed in June.
“This new location is safe and easy to access,” MacNeill said. “… (The spaces) are being used at scattered times throughout the day and with this season’s warm weather, Royal River Park is a refreshing place to have a cup of coffee, enjoy a lunch, or even a card game at the handicap accessible picnic table in the field area or under the picnic shelter.”
