Members of the 3rd Maine Volunteer Infantry re-enactors march into the Old Baptist Cemetery in Yarmouth on Saturday, July 2, where members of the American Legion Anderson-Mayberry Post No. 91 sponsored a headstone dedication for the previously unmarked grave of Civil War Pvt. William Johnson of the 1st Maine Cavalry. On hand were Johnson’s great-grandson, Richard M. Johnson, 91, of McMinnville, Oregon, and other members of the family.
