YARMOUTH — Yarmouth High School Principal Ted Hall will retire from his position June 30.

Superintendent of Schools Andrew Dolloff made the announcement Feb. 25 that Hall will be leaving after 10 years at YHS. Dolloff said the search for Hall’s successor will take place during the remainder of the school year.

Hall, who has worked in education for 40 years, said he is “ready to do something different.”

“Throughout my whole career, I’ve always wanted to move on to something new, not when I’m burnt out, but when things are going good,” he said.

Hall said he plans to stay in education, possibly as a consultant.
