YARMOUTH — The Town Council meeting scheduled for Feb. 4 had to be canceled when only three of seven councilors attended the meeting.

“One was in the hospital, one was away on a trip, and one was gone on business,” Town Manager Nat Tupper said of the missing councilors. “The situation was unintentional and unfortunate.”

The meeting was rescheduled for Thursday, Feb. 18, at 7 p.m. in the Log Cabin on Main Street.

The agenda includes a discussion to consider cost-reduction options for emergency dispatch service. To view the agenda, visit yarmouth.me.us and click on Town Council.
