YARMOUTH — Aging in Place will host a free workshop on economic security on Saturday, March 17.
The workshop, Make a Plan While You Can, will be held at the First Parish Church at 116 Main St. from 10 a.m.-2 p.m., with a free lunch included.
Presenters will discuss the basics of economic security, including food, housing, fuel, taxes, health insurance, and estate planning and wills. The program will also touch on how to identify and prevent scams and fraud.
Representatives from local organizations and businesses will be on hand to meet with residents and answer questions about the services they provide.
