PORTLAND — Wyvonne Odella Richardson, 84, of Portland, died Sept. 26 at Maine Medical Center.

She was born Jan. 20, 1930, to Al and Almeda (Lovings) Williams in Ardmore, Oklahoma. She married Clifford “Kippy” Ashley Richardson, and was very active in  the Greene Memorial A.M.E. Zion Church. There, she sang in the choir and served in other positions including class leader, quarterly conference secretary and deaconess.

Richardson is predeceased by her parents, her husband and sons Brad, Aaron and Dana Richardson.

She is survived by her son, Clifford Alan Richardson, and wife, Cresencia; daughter in-law, Ann Richardson; grandchildren, Christopher Richardson, Christina Richardson, Theresa Chan, Ailine Joy Gulmatico and Nathan Richardson; great-granddaughter, Laila Wilkinson; and many nieces and nephews.

Visiting hours were scheduled from 4-7 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 1, at A.T. Hutchins Funeral Home, 660 Brighton Ave., Portland.
