Scarborough’s Winterfest 2009 events were delayed a day when more than a foot of fresh “winter” dropped into town on Sunday, Jan. 18. But blue skies, warmer temps and the Martin Luther King Jr. Day holiday gave everyone a chance to get out and play on Monday, bringing a good turnout of kids and parents to events centered at the Wentworth School ice rink. Addison Lanoue found a green diamond (or was that a green ice cube?) during the ice cube hunt.
